Memorial Day: Part 2

We took a trip into Yellowstone one day.
It was a lot of driving for out kids, and there were some meltdowns, but they really had a lot of fun.
We were a little worried as we started the trip, that we wouldn't see any animals.
But we ended up seeing so many: Elk, buffalo, moose, a black bear, grizzly bears, wolves, coyote, deer, antelope, a bald eagle and sandhill cranes.

We spent a lot of time pulling over and spotting animals.

Elk

Near the end of our day, we saw two grizzly bears and a pack of wolves.
We couldn't tell if the grizzly bears were antagonizing the wolves, or if the wolves were antagonizing the grizzly bears. Either way, it was an incredibly rare thing to see.

Thanks Maren for taking this one with your zoom lense:)
